Who we are

This website belongs to the International Youth Business Case Championship (IYBCC), organized by a team of students from Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, Kazakhstan. You can reach the organizing team at tolegenbolys@gmail.com. This policy covers this website only.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site, and only what the form needs:

• Notification form: your email address.
• Partner form: your name, organization, work email and, if you choose to add one, a message.

What we do not collect

This website has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels, and it does not set cookies. See the Cookie policy.

Why we use it

We use your email to tell you when the next edition of IYBCC opens, and partner enquiries to reply to you. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We process it on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw at any time.

Participants under 18

IYBCC is for high school students. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you submit a form.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site. Form submissions are received through a third-party form service and are accessible only to the organizing team.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions only as long as we need them for the purpose above, and delete them sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. Contact the organizing team at tolegenbolys@gmail.com.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
